Please join me on Sunday to create a healing circle of AUM.
We'll invoke the single Sanskrit syllable of AUM for 50 minutes blending our hearts, minds, voices and intentions to foster peace, love, harmony and beauty within ourselves, with each other and in the world. Followed by a short silent meditation to absorb the vibrations we've generated and then some simple sacred song.
$10 donation for the Hudson Valley Food Bank and Mt Laurel.
